| 摘 要： | 本文的目标是要确定从PAM水凝胶提取的丙烯酰胺的容量,并测定提出物的细胞毒性。本文所用的材料是由乌克兰InterfallCo.生产的Gel-Interfall(Lot:030103)。为了测定丙烯酰胺的单体应用了HPLC,并且在单体细胞毒性的计算中包含了MTT的检定。结果表明:在细胞毒性和材料的单体丙烯酰胺容量之间存在着某些关系。

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper was to determine the acrylamide content in the extracts from PAM hydrogel, and examine the extracts cytotoxicity. The materials used in this paper were Gel-Interfall(Lot: 030103) manufactured by Interfall Co. Ukraine. HPLC was used for detection of acrylamide monomer, and MTT assay was involved in the evaluation of the monomer cytotoxicity. The results indicated that it has some correlation between the cytotoxicity and the monomer acrylamide content of the materials. |
