怀化师专学生膳食营养状况及对策

摘    要:对我校215名学生现时膳食营养状况进行了调查与评价,结果表明:学生食物以谷类为主,蔬果及动物性食品次之;蛋白质摄入量男生不够,女生足够,但优质蛋白质较少;热能总摄入量足够,但三大营养素的供热比及三餐热能分配比不合理;膳食结构不合理,其中的Ca、Zn、VitB1、VitB2明显不足;以BMI评价学生营养状况,结果是偏瘦型多,而肥胖型少.本文提出了改进我校学生营养状况的建议。

Abstract:Nutritive situation of food of 215 students is investigated. The results show that, food include cereal crops,fruits and vegetables, and animal foods, etc. Absorption amount on protein is enough about schoolgril, but is not enough forut schoothey. And high - quality protein is not enough. The supply amount of heat - supply with nutrient and distribu-tion rate of heat three meals a day are unreasonable. Meal structure ia unreasonable, and Ca, Zn, VitB1 and VitB2 are not enough. Nutritive stiuation about students is appraised by BMI, the result shows thin men are more than fat men.
