| 摘 要： | 自主创新是中国企业突破发达国家企业技术包围和垄断的重要策略,但是知识产权风险是影响企业自主创新的主要障碍之一.基于知识流动理论构建了企业自主创新的过程模型,将自主创新过程分为知识吸收、知识创造和知识应用三个阶段;然后根据自主创新不同阶段的特点分析各阶段企业面临的主要知识产权风险及其产生原因;提出了防范控制对策.
