| 摘 要： | 我国的社会主义市场经济法制化建设经过十几年的探索和努力，已取得了显著效果。为了保持市场经济的有序快速发展，有必要加深法制在市场经济发展中作用的认识，正确认识我国市场经济的特点以及影响市场经济法制化的各种因素，同时借鉴和吸收西方市场经济法制化的有益经验。

| Abstract: | The construction of our socialist market economic legal system has made great achievements after over ten years' exploitation and endeavor.In order to keep it going smoothly,the legal consciousness of the people should be continually enhanced;the characteristics of our market economy and the various factors affecting market economy should be properly recognized.At the same time,the experience of the western market economic law should be learned and absorbed. |
