论远程教师多维导学能力的研究视角与培训方略

摘    要:我国远程教育界对多维导学能力的研究存在视角单一、方法抽象、价值有限等弊端,其中研究视角需要实现三大转移,即从专家视角转移到多层次教师视角,从要素视角转移到生态视角,从应然视角转移到实然视角。从教师能力的生态视角看,远程教育院校对教师多维导学能力的培训可采取开放、适配、有机、多导、激励等五步操作方略。
