摘    要:学前教育是国民教育体系中的重要组成部分,是一件影响深远的民生工程.针对黔南州学前教育三年行动计划完成情况进行梳理,揭示了毛入园率横向比较还较低、经费保障机制尚未形成、幼儿专任教师数量质量有待提高等存在的主要问题.并由此提出尽快将学前教育纳入义务教育范畴,加大学前教育经费投入力度,提升学前教育质量和水平,加强教师队伍专业化建设等政策建议.

Abstract:Preschool education is an important part of the national education system and a far - reaching project for the citizens. The paper summarizes the accomplishment of the Three - Year Action Plan of preschool education in Qiannan, revealing that the horizontal comparison of the gross school enrollment rate is still low ; the funding mechanism has not formed yet ; the quantity and quality of the full - time teachers need improving and so on. As a response, it puts forward some suggestions such as including the preschool education into the compulsory education system as soon as possible, increasing the fund, enhancing the teaching quality of the preschool education, and strengthening the professionalization of teachers in this field.
