| 摘 要： | 民族地区物流管理专业主要是为民族地区培养物流业高层次管理人才,实践教学在人才培养方案中是重要的组成部分.当前,民族地区物流管理专业实践教学薄弱,管理层和师生主观认识不足、实践教学硬件跟不上、缺乏对实践教学基地建设途径的思考以及资金不足是导致实践教学不足的主要因素.转变观念、探索多种实践教学基地建设途径以及争取多渠道和可持续的资金投入成为今后民族地区物流管理专业加强实践教学的主要路径.

| Abstract: | The major of logistics management in minority area is mainly to train high level logistics talent for the ethnic region. Practice teaching is an important part of talent training plan. At present, the practice teaching of logistics management major in national area is weak. The supervisors teachers and students are lack of awareness of practice teaching, hardware conditions, the way of the infrastructure in practical teaching and inadequate funds. All of these factors are the main factors leading to the practice teaching insufficiency. Changing the idea, exploring a variety of ways of infrastructure and striving for multichannels and sustainable funds become the main path to strengthen practice teaching in major of logistics management in minority areas. |
