| 摘 要： | 专业学位研究生教育是基于日益复杂的专业工作实践，针对社会特定职业领域需求的技术教育，其本质属性是职业性和实践性。专业工作实践指向工作世界，专业教育活动指向学习世界，学习世界应反映工作世界特征。专业工作实践规定专业学位研究生教育的内容，影响专业学位研究生教育活动方式，规定专业学位研究生教育改革实践的诉求。据此提出专业学位研究生教育改革的基本策略。

| Abstract: | Postgraduate professional degree education based on specific working practice has a technical and practical nature. Professional practice is related to the working world while professional education activities are related to the learning world. The latter should reflect the features of the former which determines the content, form and aims of professional education; therefore, a basic strategy for an educational reform should be in full accordance with professional working practice. |
