| 摘 要： | 孕于生态学的四个原则——有机性与内在关联原则、整体性原则、共生互动与自我生长原则和具体性原则，对我国研究生培养模式的理论构建和实践探索具有重要指导意义。通过对“研究生培养模式”与“传统教育模式”生态、“社会需求模式”生态、“转型经济模式”生态、“大学建设模式”生态以及“大学精神模式”生态等构成的现实生态体系的综合考察，认为我国必须科学构建研究生培养模式，并尽快加强“中国特色”的创新性内涵建设。

| Abstract: | The four principles of ecology, organic and intrinsic correlation, integration, symbiotic interaction and self growth, and specificity are very important in the theoretical and practical construction of a graduate training mode. In light of the patterns of graduate training and traditional learning, social demands, economic transition, university development and university spirit, it is highly necessary to construct a graduate training mode with innovative Chinese characteristics. |
