| 摘 要： | 高等学校是科技创新的重要力量，是建设创新型国家重要的智力支持。现阶段我国高校科研成果管理存在重成果轻专利、重数量轻质量、重申报轻研发、重验收轻转化、重形式轻创新等问题。如何促进科技创新和加快成果转化，高校科研管理可以在创新管理理念、建立统筹管理机构、提高管理人员素质，建立复合激励机制和促进科技成果转化等方面采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | University plays a key role in the scientific and technological innovation, also gives intellectual supports for building an innovation-oriented country. In China, misunderstanding exists in scientific research achievements management of university, such as attaching importance to achievements, quantity, application, acceptance and form; in contrast, ignoring patent, quality, research, transform and innovation. To promote the scientific and technological innovation and accelerate the transform of achievements, university research management should take the corresponding actions, such as persisting in views on innovation management, founding co-ordination management institution, improving manager＇s quality, establishing complex incentive mechanism, promoting the transform of scientific and technological achievements and so on. |
