| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main methods of current flow control, presents a flow control scheme with the internet access management function,which is suitable for the deployment of small and medium sized campus network. The deployment, management policies and the implementation effect of the flow control devices are further exemplified, providing an idea to solve the flow problems. |
