| Abstract: | In this paper,an index system for comprehensively evaluating the science&technology strength is established.The Analytic Hierarchy Process model based on Factor Analysis is brought up tentatively.The model evaluates the science&technology strength of the four provinces and one metropolitan in southwestern region comprehensively.Then the developments of these cities are analyzed according to the evaluating results. |
