| 摘 要： | 乌兰夫为民族教育事业的发展做出过突出贡献,为中国人民的革命和建设事业贡献了毕生精力.新中国成立前,他主持创办了多所干部院校;新中国成立后,他又领导建立了中央民族学院和内蒙古大学等.他重视发展师范教育,强调办高水平的学校首先要有高水平的教师,注重教师素质的培养.乌兰夫在民族教育领域的实践和理论,具有现实价值,值得总结和研究.

| Abstract: | Wu Lanfu made great contributions to the development of ethnic education and sacrificed his whole life for the revolution and construction of the Chinese people.Before liberation,he was in charge of setting up many carder training schools and institutes,and after liberation,the Central Institute of Nationalities and Inner Mongolia University were founded under his leadership.He attached importance to developing teacher education and emphasized that to run high level schools,priority should be given to train highly qualifies teachers.His practice and theories in the field of ethnic education are of realistic value and worthy of summarizing and studying. |
