| 摘 要： | 田径技术教学比较单调和枯燥,各类项目的技术动作各不相同。加强技术动作学习过程当中的美育实践的渗透,对提高田径课程的教学效果有显著意义。在当前的体育专业教学改革实践中,要充分重视美育方面因素的培养,发挥学生的主观能动性,培养学生美育鉴赏和创造能力,以提高田径课程的教学效果和未来工作能力。

| Abstract: | Track and field teachings are usually dull and boring,so if we put the aesthetic education in track and field teaching,it will bring us the significant effects.In the current sports teaching practice,we should give full attention to the aesthetic education,and help all the students to improve their aesthetical capabilities and creativity,to enhance the teaching effects of track and to make the work better in the future. |
