企业跨国知识联盟与核心专长的开发和培养

摘    要:在新经济条件下,企业跨国知识联盟作为企业联盟的主要形式,其生存和发展的土壤愈加厚重。联盟内企业之间是竞争与合作的双重关系,联盟的主要目标之一是提高自身的核心专长和竞争力。为了实现上述目标,联盟内的企业要努力克服组织学习的障碍,利用联盟的便利条件不断,获取,开发自身的核心专长,同时,减少或避免自身核心专长的消耗或流失。

Abstract:Transnational Knowledge Alliances (TKA),as an important form of enterprises alliances, will be more and more popular and important under the condition of new economy. Competition and collaboration both exist between the enterprises within TKA. One of the main objects of TKA is to promote their core competence and competitive capability. In order to accomplish the goal, the enterprises must strive to overcome the obstacles of learning, and take advantage of alliances to accumulate, obtain and promote their core competence continuously, and simultaneously reduce or even avoid the decline of core competence.
