灵芝多糖对小鼠运动能力的影响

摘    要:研究灵芝多糖对小鼠机体抗疲劳影响,全面探讨灵芝多糖对运动能力的影响。对小鼠灌胃灵芝多糖(2.502mg/Kg/d),20天后测定耐缺氧时间、力竭游泳时间、血红蛋白(Hb)、肝糖原、定量负荷运动后血乳酸及血尿氮。结果表明:灵芝多糖可明显延长小鼠力竭游泳时间及耐缺氧时间,提高肝糖原水平,降低大强度定量负荷运动后血乳酸及血尿氮水平。因此灵芝多糖具有抗疲劳、提高机体运动能力的功效。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of glossy ganoderma polysaccharide on anti-weary in mice and study the effects of glossy ganoderma polysaccharide on sport capacity,after bewitching glossy ganoderma polysaccharide for 20 days,this paper measured the time of tolerate hypoxia and exhausting swimming,haemochrome,liver glycogen,blood lactate and blood urea nitrogenous after determining charge.The results show that glossy ganoderm polysaccharide can obviously prolong exhausting swimming time and tolerate hypoxia time and increase liver glycogen and decrease blood lacatate,blood urea nitrogenous level after large intensity.Glossy ganoderma polysaccharide can raise sport capacity obviously.
