摘    要:针对土地资源管理专业本科毕业实习传统模式的种种弊端,提出了校内外两名教师共同负责指导学生实习毕业,由互惠互利的激励机制、论文选题机制和毕业实习效果评价机制组成的本科毕业实习校内外"双导师"运行机制,构建了"学生-实习单位-学校"三方责任、义务、权利相对明确的运作模式.近几年的实践表明,这种校内外"双导师"的毕业实习机制把高校的理论水平优势与社会的实践需求紧密结合在一起,不仅可以大大提高大学本科的毕业实习效果,而且能取得很好的社会效益,是一个学生、实习单位、学校"三赢"的新机制.

Abstract:According to the defects of the graduation practice traditional model in land resources management,a new "Bi-tutor" mechanism for graduation practice including incentive policy each other,paper selection,effectiveness evaluation,was set up: the student will be directed by one university tutor and another tutor from company.In recent years,the practice shows that this is a good mechanism for graduation practice: it is useful for student,university and company.
