| 摘 要： | 分析当前地方本科高校人事制度存在的主要问题，分别从形成机制、考核机制、激励机制、岗位聘任等方面人手，提出应实施强化岗位管理、细化考核内容、处理好内培外引关系等人事制度改革措施，才能营造和谐的人才发展环境．

| Abstract: | The main problems existed in the personnel system reform in local colleges and universities are analyzed. Based on formation mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and post appointment, the article proposes some reform measures of personnel system, such as strengthening post management,thinning evaluation contents, dealing well with relationship among training at home and introducing from outside ,which should be implemented. |
