| 摘 要： | 随着我国走新型工业化道路和适应产业结构优化升级的需要,市场对技能型人才的需求越来越大,要求越来越高;企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立足和做强做大,须牢固树立＂人才强企＂战略,将技能型人才的培养纳入企业发展规划,加大培养力度,建立长效机制,确立人才竞争优势;这是企业提高核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的必然之路。

| Abstract: | With the development of new way to industrialization and demand for optimization of industrial structure,the markets require a great number of skilled talents with high standards.To stand firm in the market keen competition and to grow stronger and faster,enterprises should establish the strategy of ＂strengthening enterprises by talents＂,cultivate the skilled talents in enterprise＇s development planning,promote cultivation,and build long term mechanism and strength enterprise＇s superiority in competition.These are the routes to improve enterprise＇s key competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. |
