| 摘 要： | 创新是社会进步的源泉,是国民教育的一种模式。创新教育是把素质教育推向了一个新的台阶,是素质教育的灵魂、核心。文章从创新、创新教育、创新人才概念与创新人才特质入手,阐明了创新教育的核心观点——创新人才不完全是教育出来的。

| Abstract: | Innovation is a source of social development and a mode of national education.Innovative education,a soul and a core of quality education,ushers quality education into a new age.On the basis of innovation,innovative education,innovative talents and their characteristics,the paper elucidates that not all innovative talents are cultivated by education,which is a key point of innovative education. |
