| 摘 要： | 新形势下警察类高职院校在推行全面素质教育的同时,应加强知识素质和能力素质的培养。知识素质的培养中,以专业基础知识为根基,专业理论知识为核心,重视专业技能及实践能力等方面的培养,改进教学过程中存在的一些问题,使学生在大学阶段有限的学习时间内掌握扎实的基本理论知识和丰富熟练的实战技能。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,应重视能力素质的培养,培养学生的认识能力,学习能力,法律能力、创新能力、自主创业能力和社会适应能力,让学生顺利地走上社会,融入社会,更好的服务于社会。

| Abstract: | With the wide spreading of comprehensive quality education in police higher vocational college,the paper proposes that knowledge and competence should also top the priority list.It discusses that in the process of knowledge cultivation,in which professional knowledge serves as a base,professional theoretical knowledge as a core,we should focus on cultivating the professional skills and abilities so as to solve the problems existed in the teaching process and help students master solid basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills.To face with keen market competition,it is suggested that more attention should be paid to cultivate students＇ competence,cognitive ability,learning ability,legal capacity,innovative ability,entrepreneurship ability and social adaptability in order to assist them to join and serve the society. |
