| 摘 要： | 文章从对1999—2010年新疆在国家民委和财政部支持下实施的兴边富民行动与当前正在蓬勃展开的推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的工程的对比分析出发,阐述了跨越式发展必然要求解放思想,只有解放思想才能实现跨越式发展的启示。

| Abstract: | The paper comparatively analyzes the nation's action of prospering frontier and enriching people in Xinjiang from 1999 to 2010 sponsored by the State Ethnic Affair Commission and Ministry of Finance and the project of the great-leap-forward development being promoted at present in Xinjiang and the lasting political stability.The paper contends that great-leap-forward development requires ideology emancipation which is the key to the realization of the great-leap-forward development. |
