摘    要:在全面建设小康社会过程中,高等职业教育发挥了极其重要的作用.由于缺少适应其发展的有效薪酬激励机制,高职院校师资队伍缺乏生机和活力,当务之急是制定科学合理的薪酬目标.科学合理薪酬目标的制定有利于高职院校教师的薪酬激励机制建立.文章在此基础上提出构建高职院校教师内在薪酬激励模型.

Abstract:In the course of completely construction the well-off society,the vocational and technical education plays a very important rule in it.In the investigate that we have taken in this thesis,the authors discover there lacks of living and vigor in the teaching staff because of lack of efficient compensation systems in those vocational and technical colleges.It is little urgent to establish scientific and logical compensation goal and system.The authors put forward some internal models of compensation and income...
