| 摘 要： | 主权让渡是二战后民族国家在国际关系民主化、经济全球化的浪潮洗礼过程中，避免被边缘化而作出的一种理性选择。各国本着自愿、对等和共享的原则来让渡部分的国家权力，在更高层次上形成一种共同行使主权的体制，较好的体现了国家主权和共同行使的结合和平衡，适应了主权的时代发展要求。本文着重从主权让渡的演义、主权让渡的时代背景及主权让渡的类型三个方面对国家主权让渡进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Sovereignty transfer is a new subject produced after World War II;it is that the country takes a brand-new measure and countermeasure in the tide of international relations democratization and the economic globalization.It is an interest's community that various countries formed on high level.It is also a rational choice that avoids marginality.Some countries transfer a part of sovereignty on the base of willingness,reciprocal and mutual sharing interests,which is better to reflect the combination and balance of acting on one's own state sovereignty and exercising together,which adapt to the request of sovereignty epoch.The paper inquires into the deduction,background,type of sovereignty transfer. |
