| 摘 要： | 在教学中实现创新，从传统教育向素质教育转变，是当前教育发展的必要趋势。而素质教育的核心是培养学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。实施创新教育，必须转变教学观念。要打破长期以来形成的传统教育的束缚和自身思维定势及工作习惯的影响，抓住素质教育的核心，并营造有利于教学创新的氛围。提高教师自身素质，开展创新思维，与时俱进，全面推进素质教育，促使学生综合素质的提高，成为全面发展的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | How to achieve innovation in the teaching process and change from traditional education to general education is the inevitable trend of the current education .But the core of quality-oriented education is to cultivate the innovative consciousness, innovative spirit and innovative abilities of the students.To carry out the innovative education, we must change the teaching idea ,break the tie of the traditional education which has long been formed and get rid of the influence of our own way of thinking and working habbits. Also we must hold tight the very core of quality-oriented education and construct the atmosphere which is advantageous to the teaching innovation.The teachers' own character should be raised. Teachers should develop the innovative thinking , keep pace with the times and push quality-oriented education completely to improve the students' general character and make them talented persons of high quality who develop in an allround way. |
