| 摘 要： | ＂蚁族＂作为继农民、农民工、下岗工人之后在中国出现的又一群体,已经引起了社会的广泛关注。竞争机制的不平等、信息资源分配的不平等以及社会保障的缺失是＂蚁族＂现象产生的主要原因,因而我们应建立健全社会保障体系,努力缩小城乡差距,完善相关法律法规,用法律手段引导＂蚁族＂走出蚁穴困境。

| Abstract: | Ant tribe as the following farmers,migrant workers,laid-off workers in China after another group,has caused widespread concern in society,Competition inequality,unequal distribution of information resources and lack of access to social se-curity led to the ant tribe in production,the establishment of a sound social security system,efforts to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,improve relevant laws and regulations,the means of lawto guide ant tribe out of the nest of dilemma. |
