| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对我国高水平女子长拳自选套路运动员难度动作组合编排现状进行调查分析，以期总结出成功经验，发现存在问题，为我国女子长拳自选套路难度动作组合编排的进一步发展提供理论参考。
