| Abstract: | Psychological factors are very important in prevention and convalescence of kinetic injury. This paper puts forward Basketball players will suffer from the pain not only in body but also in psychology when their bodies were hurted.This article analyzes the psychological forecast of kinetic injury and psychological reaction in the course of convalescence, and searches for the psychological methods for prevention and convalescence of kinetic injury.Corresponding suggestions for prevention and convalescence of kinetic injury in training and match. |
