| 摘 要： | 企业伦理是企业在生产、经营和管理活动中应当遵循的道德原则、规范的总和；企业伦理以企业对国家、社会、自然环境、企业员工和顾客等利益相关者应当承担的社会责任和义务为主要内容；加强企业伦理建设对于提高企业整体素质、增强企业综合竞争力和可持续发展能力具有重要作用；培育以企业伦理为核心的企业文化，建立健全企业伦理管理制度和机构，加快企业伦理法制化进程，实行全社会共同监管等方法都是搞好企业伦理建设的必要措施。

| Abstract: | Business ethics are a set of moral principles and moral standards that the the enterprises should follow in their production and operation.The main idea is the social responsibilities and obligations the enterprise should take for the interested-related stakeholders,such as the state,the employees and the customers,etc.In order to strengthen the business ethics,the enterprises should improve the quality and the competitive edge of a company and obtain the sustainable development.Other measures to improve the moral standard of a company are the business culture cultivating,building of the relative institutions and regulations and the supervising mechanist systems. |
