| Abstract: | In long-distance and open education,it require the teachers of RTVU have new abilities and natures to assure the teaching quality.The teacher's natures are important predicate to improve the teaching qualities.Therefore the teachers must catch up with the steps of the times and improve overall natures and abilities themselves in order to adapt to the need of modern long-distance and open education and embody the the ask of the times. |
