| 摘 要： | 面对我国加入WTO所带来的机遇与挑战，本文客观地分析了影响青海经济发展的各种有利因素及不利因素，并有针对性地提出了加快青海经济发展的政策建议，如；优化区域投资环境，实行以市场开放促经济开发的政策，切实保障足够的投入，大力发展非国有经济，加快发展具有资源优势和竞争优势的五大特色产业链，及大力发展高新技术产业等。

| Abstract: | To face the opportunity and challenge which was brought by entering WTO,the essay objectively analyzes advangtages and disadvantages which influence the economic development in Qinghai and presents some policy and suggestiongs to improve the development of economy,such as,to opitimize the regional investment enviroment,to practise the policy which uses open-market to promote the economic development,to ensure enough input certainly,to develop non-public economy,to set up the development of five characteristics industrial chain which has the advantage of resource and compelition, and to develop hightechnical industry,etc. |
