| 摘 要： | 电子商务正在我国迅速发展，作为保障电子商务安全的核心制度，电子签名的法律效力在《电子签名法》中得到了法律上的确认。只有满足一定条件的电子签名，才被视为可靠的电子签名从而具备法律效力。电子签名只在法律规定的范围之内，具有法律效力。

| Abstract: | Electronic commerce is developing fast in China, and as the core that safeguards the electronic commerce, its legal effect has received the identification of law. Only the electronic signature which meets some qualifications can be recognized as the reliable one that has the legal effect. The electronic signature has the legal effect only in the field of application that is stipulated by law. |
