| 摘 要： | 大学生就业心理问题主要表现在认知心理、情绪心理、社会心理维度方面,产生的原因既有社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素,也与学生的个性特点密切相关;要改善和提高大学生的就业心理,关键在于帮助大学生完善自我,发展自身能力,并善于调动社会、学校等各方面的力量。
