| 摘 要： | 利用外资改组国有企业是我国更好的吸引外资、促使国有资产保值增值的有效方式。当前利用外资改组国有企业出现了一些新动向 ,也带来了不少新问题 ,需要树立正确的法律观念 ,制定《外资法》、《反垄断法》或《国家安全法》、《国有资产法》、《并购法》 ,逐步完善我国外资法、国有资产管理体系、产业政策法以及证券法等。

| Abstract: | Using foreign capital to reorganize state-owned enterprises is an effective way for our country to attract foreign capital and promote increment of the national property. When using foreign capital to reorganize state-owned enterprises, there emerge new trend and problems requiring an appropriate attitude toward legal concept. It is necessary to draw up Foreign Capital Act, Anti-monopoly Act or State Security Act, National Property Act, Concurrent Interests Act for the sake of improvement in China's foreign capital act, system of national property management, industry policy act and stock act, etc.. |
