| 摘 要： | 传统的户籍管理制度造成制度性城乡差别,已有的文化环境差异引起相应的“文化地震”,自身受教育程度较低等因素使农村户口居民来到城镇工作后难以融入当地的政治社会生活,形成了农民工被边缘化的政策因素、文化因素和个体因素。

| Abstract: | The residents with rural registered permanent residence found it is hard to melt into the urban political and social life after they have entered towns for new jobs,that is a result of elements such as the traditional systems of census registration administration has resulted in large gap of system between urban and rural areas,and the existing disparities in cultural atmosphere will cause some "culture shock" as well as the lower educational background of these residents.These elements has become the policy factor,the culture factor and the individual factor of the marginization of peasant worker. |
