| 摘 要： | 文章旨在对我国图书馆知识服务研究历程进行回顾与阐述。从知识服务概念、知识服务与信息服务关系、知识服务运营模式、知识服务实施策略、应用技术、发展趋势等方面进行梳理总结,肯定成果,指出不足,提出建议,以期对后来的研究与实践有所指导。
