| 摘 要： | 随着发展中国家现代化进程的深入,人的现代化问题日益凸现,成为现代化的关键所在,同时世界信息化的潮流涌现,人类社会进入网络时代。网络化为人的现代化提供了外部环境,在人的科学文化素质、现代价值观念、思维方式、生活方式和交往方式的现代转型过程中起着重要的作用。
