| 摘 要： | 以湖南省高校在校大学生为研究对象.采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法进行分析和研究.结果表明:发展闲暇体育,在高校中具有深远意义;对不同性格类型的大学生采取不同的闲暇体育方式,可以促进其全面发展;增加硬件设施、健康教育最终要引导高校大学生养成有益于健康的行为. |
