| 摘 要： | 知识管理的核心是将主体隐性知识转化为组织知识,从隐性知识主体、组织、隐性知识受体三者在隐性知识转化过程中的行为角度出发,分析了主体隐性知识转化的影响因素及其之间的关系,建立了主体隐性知识转化的系统动力学模型,该模型从定量的角度描述了各因素对企业知识存量的影响。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge transferring is the core of knowledge management. The paper analyzes the factors influencing tacit knowledge and designs a system dynamic model from the view of relationship between tacit knowledge main-body, receptor and organization. The model describes the influence of factors impressing on knowledge storage by the quantitative view. |
