| 摘 要： | 高职院校"产学研合作"的瓶颈主要集中于体制方面、信息不对称以及理论研究不够深入.为此,应构建良好的"产学研合作"运行机制,在资源配置上,要充分发挥市场资源配置作用,加速科学新成果的转化,要充分发挥政府的宏观调控职能,实现资源有效配置,协调三方利益关系,建立有效利益分配机制,同时,要建立引导、推动产学研合作开展的机制并实现管理创新.
