| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式改革是电大在向开放大学战略转型建设中的重要任务，本文试图通过对电大金融学科人才培养模式改革的驱动力分析，借鉴国内外先进的教育教学改革成果，结合自身工作经验，从培养目标的调整、课程体系的更新、教学模式的创新、考核模式的改革、师资队伍的优化和沟通机制的构建这六个方面探索开放大学建设背景下金融学专业人才培养的新模式。

| Abstract: | The personnel cultivation model reform is an important task for radio and television university in its strategic transforma tion to open university. After analyzing the driving force of finance personnel cultivation reform, studying the advanced educational re form achievements at home and abroad, This paper explores a new model for finance personnel cultivation reform in the context of open university construction from the following six aspects, the adjustment of training objectives, the updates of curriculum system, the inno vation of teaching model, the reform of the assessment model, the optimization of the faculty and the construction of the communication mechanism. |
