| 摘 要： | “双师型”教师是技工院校师资队伍建设的重要内容，是一项系统工程。本文通过对技工院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在问题的分析，强调从实际出发，建立技工院校教师及“双师”教师资格认证标准，拓宽“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径，是提高技工教育教学质量的关键。

| Abstract: | Teaehers with double qualification is an important part to the construction of teaching staff in technican institutes, as well as a systematic project. Based on the analysis of existing problems in building teaching staff with double qualification, it pointed out that the establishing the certification of teaching staff with double qualification, and widening the approach of the construction of teaching staff with double qualification is the key to the improvement of teaching quality in technican institutes. |
