摘    要:学习动机是影响学生外语学习的重要因素,激发学生的学习动机是教师在外语教学中不可忽视的重要环节。本文探讨了高职院校外语教师在教学过程中的角色,并提出了如何通过转变教师角色来激发学生外语学习动机的方法。

Abstract:Motivation is an important factor in foreign language learning.Promoting students' motivation towards foreign language learning is a vital issue which should not be neglected in foreign language teaching process.This paper discusses the role of language teacher in vocational colleges,and proposes ways of promoting students' motivation towards foreign language learning by changing teachers' role.
