现代教师的行为系统重构

摘    要:传统文化赋予教师严师、道德化身之师、知识化身之师,师道尊严之师的特征。教师的这些传统定位,在全球化、知识经济、信息技术高度发达和新课程改革等背景下发生了很大的变化。面对这些变化,教师应该重构行为系统,主动建构民主、平等的师生关系,做学生的引导者;改变传统的教学方式,把每个学生都当作重要的教学资源;重构教师权威,做一个不断发展的教师,有教育智慧的教师,有人格魅力的教师,理性的教师。

Abstract:The traditional culture endows teachers as severe ones standing for morality, knowledge and digni- ty. Those traditional orientations of teachers have changed profoundly under the background of globalization, knowledge economy, advanced information technology and reformation of the new curriculum. Facing with these change, teachers should restructure the behavior system and build up democratic an equal relationships between teachers and' students and be the leaders of students. They should change the traditional teaching methods and make every student as important teaching resource! They are asked to restructure the teachers' authority and become wise and dignitary teachers. They are also supposed to be intimate and rational as those in tradition.
