| 摘 要： | 抗震救灾精神的深刻内涵与鲜明特征主要体现在四个有机统一：集体性与人民性的统一、民族性与时代性的统一、继承性与超越性的统一、科学性与人文性相统一；以弘扬抗震救灾精神为契机，加强社会主义核心价值体系建设，需要大力宣传抗震救灾中的英模事迹以营造良好的社会氛围，应发挥党员干部的模范作用以增强全社会对社会主义核心价值体系的认同，亟待抗震救灾精神从观念到现实的转化。

| Abstract: | The profound meaning and distinctive characteristics of the spirit in earthquake relief work mainly demonstrate in four organic unity, namely, the unity of collectivity and people, epochal character and nationality, inheritance and transcendence,science and humanism. To carry forward the spirit in earthquake relief, and take this as an opportunity to strengthen the construction of the core Value system. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to energetically propaganda the exemplary and heroic deeds so as to create a favorable social environment, and to take full advantage of Patty cadres＇ vanguard and exemplary role so as to enhance the whole society＇s identification on the socialism core value system. And it is urgent to transform the spirit in earthquake relief work from a concept into reality. |
