| 摘 要： | 目的:通过比较女篮运动员赛后三种不同恢复方式(自然恢复、热水浴恢复和温泉浴恢复)后次日的无氧运动能力和血液生理生化指标的变化,观察运动后热水浴和温泉浴对疲劳机体所产生的影响.方法:国家青年女篮运动员10名,先后进行三次实验,每次实验采样和测试的指标、时间一致,运动内容一致,采用的恢复手段不同(第一次自然恢复、第二次热水浴恢复,第三次温泉浴恢复),主要测试了运动员的无氧运动能力,以及血液中乳酸、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、睾酮、皮质醇和氧化还原系统的变化情况.结果:运动后热水浴和温泉浴可加速乳酸的清除速度、促进无氧运动能力的恢复、促进肌酸激酶和自由基的恢复、调节机体睾酮和皮质醇的分泌.结论:热水浴和温泉浴在促进机体无氧运动能力和机能恢复方面具有良好的作用；温泉浴效果优于热水浴. |
