| 摘 要： | 分析了激励在高职科研管理中的重要作用；高职学院科研激励制度设计要坚持统筹规划原则，激励为主、约束适度的原则，公平原则，物质激励与精神激励相结合的原则；具体设计制度时要注意体现针对性，保持严肃性、有效性和先进性。

| Abstract: | The paper analyse the important function of encouragement used for the scientific research management in the higer vocational college. The encouragement system design should insist on overal planning principle, the principle of encouragement mainly, the fair pinciple, the principle of material and moral encouragement. The focus should be embodied, the serious and advanced aspects should be kept as well. |
