| 摘 要： | 大学生自我认识是个体自我认识的基础，自我概念，自我评价代表了自我认识的水平，是自我认识的核心成分，自我体验是在自我评价的基础上，个体对自己产生的情况体验，大学生有设计自我，完善自我的强烈愿望，大学生的自我认识，自我体验和自我调整是基本协调统一，同步发展的，大学生的自我意识已经成为一个有机整体。

| Abstract: | College students self-cognition is the foundation of individual self-consciousness. Self-concept and self-evaluation stand for the level of self-cognition , and whats more, they are nuclear elements of self-evaluation. Self-experience is individuals emotion experience on the base of self-evaluation. College students have strong desire of designing self, perfecting self. College students self-cognition,self-concept, self-experience and self-regulation are almost agreeable and develop neck and neck. College students self-cognition has become an organic whole. |
