| 摘 要： | 农业产业结构调整是关系到全面繁荣农村经济的重大问题。目前各级政府应发挥在农业产业结构调整中的主导作用，通过建立和完善行之有效的激励机制，包括激励原则、激励方式、激励手段、激励方向等来引导农民进行农业产业结构调整，以发展农村经济，增加农民收入。

| Abstract: | The adjustment of the agricultural structure is a vital issue in booming the rural economy.Nowadays goverment should play a main role by setting up and perfectting a set of effective motivational mechanism which includes motivational principle,motivational pattern,motivator,motivational direction in the course of the adjustment.Only in this way,can the peasants be led to adjusting the structure and the rural economy and the income of peasants be impoved. |
