| 摘 要： | 高校是和谐社会的一个组成部分是直接向和谐社会培养输送高素质人才的基地，是促进和谐社会建设的一支重要力量；班级是高校的基层组织，是实施教学、管理的重要平台，是贯彻落实学校各项工作的纽带和落脚点；和谐的高校由和谐的班级构成，构建和谐班级是构建和谐高校的基础和动力，如何寻求更好的班级构建途径，是构建高校和谐校园的一项基础工程。

| Abstract: | Universities and colleges are integral parts of a harmonious society,which directly train and provide high-quality personnel for the harmonious society.They are important force to promote the construction of a harmonious society.Classes,as the grass-root units of universities,are important platforms for the implementation of teaching and the management.Classes are also the links and footholds to implement the work of the colleges.A harmonious university is formed by harmonious classes.The building of harmonious classes is the basis for building a harmonious university.How to seek better ways of class construction,is a fundamental project in constructing harmonious campus in universities. |
